  • Alan Powell

    Owner & Company Director

    Alan founded CAB in 2004, building on a career in IT that began in 1994. His deep-rooted expertise as a systems installer, network specialist, and server administrator has been instrumental in shaping the company’s technical foundation and long-standing client relationships.

    When he’s not working, Alan enjoys being pitch-side coaching football, relaxing with a game of golf, and spending time with friends and family.

  • Jamie Butt

    Managing Director

    Jamie has been with CAB since the start of 2025 and brings over a decade of experience from the internet and communications industry. Known for his people-first leadership, Jamie ensures the company’s offerings are both technically robust and human-centred.

    Outside of work, Jamie enjoys dog walks with his black lab, Ludo and cheering on Bristol City (some of the time).

  • Bob Powell

    Finance Director

    With a long-standing career in the Water Industry, Bob specialised in remittance processing before stepping into retirement. He now supports CAB as Finance Director, overseeing the company’s financial operations with care and precision.

    Outside of work, Bob enjoys following Bristol City, staying active at the gym, and spending time with his family.

  • Darren Sandrone

    Service Manager & IT Support Technician

    Since joining CAB in 2021, Darren has taken the lead on Service Desk operations, ensuring clients receive prompt, effective, and friendly support. With a hands-on approach and a strong technical background, he plays a key role in maintaining service quality and resolving issues efficiently.

    Outside of work, Darren enjoys a round of golf, discovering new places to eat, and watching boxing.

  • Nick Petit

    Level 3 Support Technician & Projects Lead

    With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Nick brings a wealth of technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to CAB. From managing complex infrastructure projects to delivering advanced support, his calm, methodical approach ensures even the most challenging tasks are handled with precision.

    Nick likes to keep active outside of work with badminton, regular gym sessions, and challenging himself with indoor bouldering.

  • Aidan Parker

    IT Support Technician

    Aidan joined CAB in 2023 as an apprentice and quickly proved himself as a key member of the Service Desk team. His natural problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn new technologies have seen him take on increasing responsibility, now leading on project delivery and implementation.

    Aidan unwinds by playing piano and heading out on scenic countryside walks whenever he gets the chance.

  • Ben Millett

    IT Support Technician

    Ben joined CAB in 2023 as an apprentice and quickly became a well-liked and dependable member of the team. Known for his approachable nature and positive attitude, Ben consistently builds strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

    Outside of work, Ben enjoys watching many different sports, films and spending time with his friends and family.
